With a BFA in Design from Webster University and 15 years in the marketing and design world, she’s the mastermind behind integrating marketing efforts and ensuring the firm’s message resonates.

Molly thrives on creative problem-solving and believes the best ideas come from collaboration and strong communication. Her leadership extends beyond the office as the Spouse/Life Partner (SLP) Chair for the St. Louis Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) and as a Girl Scout Troop Leader.

A proud wife and mom, Molly loves spending time with her husband, an entrepreneur, and keeping up with their two little ones.
